This home was originally built in 1984 was a total overhaul. The owners hired us for a complete renovation - tearing down walls and rearranging the floor plan to build them the home of their dreams. They desired an open-concept living space with a stunning kitchen as the focal point and heart of the home. We tailored our design to this vision, featuring a massive, custom kitchen island made from100 year-old reclaimed barn wood to add both warmth and character. Another unique feature of this home was an underground basement, a rarity in California. Knowing that the owners were huge wine lovers who loved to entertain, we transformed this blank canvas into a customized wine cellar - featuring a bar and lounge space that was truly a jaw-dropper.
